Recently Uploaded.to has closed access from the US and users are no longer able to use the service. However you can work around that problem by using a simple little trick.
When you connect to the site from the US you will be meet with the following message: “Our service is currently unavailable in your country. Sorry about that.” The problem is that Uploaded.to can detect that you are located in the US via your IP address. So what you need to do is obtain a non US IP-address.
Fake Your Location in order to use Uploaded.to
Getting access to the site is simply a matter of hiding your real location from the site. You do this by connecting to a VPN server. VPN stands for Virtual Private Network and it will allow you to connect to a server located outside the US and hide behind it. That way Uploaded.to wont be able to detect that you are actually in the US and you can now download the files you need as usual.
There are several VPN providers on the market, but personally I prefer Unlocator as the speeds are better than anything I have come across. Besides setup is really easy – simply install the app and select a server in a country outside the US and click connect. The load up the url of the Uploaded.to file again and you can now download as you would have done before the block was put in place.
