Unfortunately Netflix is not yet available in Hong Kong and even if it might be some day, then the content will never be able to match that of the US version. However, it is actually very straightforward to unblock the US version of Netflix in Hong Kong.
Like so many other online services Netflix will determine your location simply by taking a look at your IP address when you try to sign up or connect to the service. Your IP address is a unique number inherited from your Internet provider and it is a dead give away that you are located in Hong Kong.
So what you need to do it obtain an American IP address to trick Netflix into letting you both sign up and stream.

It is actually much easier to get an American IP address than it sounds. By using a Virtual Private Network, or VPN, you can connect to a server in the US that will act as a middleman between you and Netflix. It is important to understand that video streaming is one of the most demanding online activities you can put a VPN connection trough.
